It would be good if Zammad introduced eduMFA as a multi-factor authentication.

This sounds like a very narrow use case. The project was born in March 2024. Not sure if this will really serve a broad number of Zammad users.
It is based on privacyIDEA. If you implement this. EduMFA will work to.
