Editing the Monitoring Plugins

Hi,

I am using Zammad and Server-Eye for Monitoring.
Server-Eye sends its Emails in a special Format:

Sender is: SE: %Customername% alert@server-eye.de

The Subject for Alerts is:
Alert - Sensor %Sensorname% für %Service% > %Computer/Object% > %Customername%

The Subject for an OK after an Alert is the same:
OK - Sensor %Sensorname% für %Service% > %Computer/Object% > %Customername%

It seems not much work, fitting the Zammad Nagios Template for reading the Server Eye Subject Line, opening and maybe closing tickets. Closing might not work, missing an event ID in the Mails.

Does anyone know where I could find those templates? Or how to copy and paste to a new template?

I would really like to see an answer/solution as well. we are currently using server eye as our primary monitoring system. is there a way for advanced email parsing besides the filter feature? or where could we access the nagios template to see, how the nagios integration was made?

thanks in advance

kind regards
Dominic

Until now, I could’t find any ID in the Server Eye Mails that could tell Zammad, what ticket to close.
The API way seems to be the better way.
