- Edit input fields from agent ticket creation view. (Customer + CC etc…)
- create ticket using agent user
If I understand what you say you should look at this, Core Workflows, create some objects/attributes, and have a play around, this is the only way I could see to edit the input fields for agent ticket creating, actually the more I play with it the better I like it.
