Editing form input fields from agent ticket creation

  • Used Zammad version: 5.2.x
  • Used Zammad installation type: Package
  • Operating system: Ubuntu
  • Browser + version: Chrome + Edge

Expected behavior:

  • Edit input fields from agent ticket creation view. (Customer + CC etc…)

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • create ticket using agent user

If I understand what you say you should look at this, Core Workflows, create some objects/attributes, and have a play around, this is the only way I could see to edit the input fields for agent ticket creating, actually the more I play with it the better I like it.
