Hello everyone,

Can someone tell me if it is possible to edit a booked time in a ticket?

The topic came up in the following example:

Ticket created, operation processed, time booked.

With the time booking instead of 7 minutes accidentally booked 77 minutes.

How can the time be adjusted or deleted?

I can delete/adjust the times in the database, but that can’t be the “beautiful” and only way, can it?

You can also book negative values. Try to book -70 minutes.

I think in general it’s only possible via API/Console atm.
