Edit Article in a Ticket when Client sends Passwords

Hi everyone,

As background, say we have a ticket that has a number of back fourth emails between us and our client, and in the midst of emails the client send us a username and password.

It is against our company policy retain passwords outside our secure password system.

Ideally would like admins to be able to edit the password contained in the ticket to say XXXXXXXXXX.

At present the only way we can do this is to delete the whole ticket from the system in which we loose all the other information (emails) contained in the ticket which is not ideal.

Is there another way edit an article/ticket? Is there any other solutions anyone can think of?
