Operation System: Ubuntu Server 20.04.02
Zammad version: 3.6.0
Aim: Connect Zammad ticketing system with corporate mail server MS Exchange 2010.
Problem we encounter: Unable to configure incoming mail with IMAP protocol.
Bug shown by Zammad: SSL_connect returned=1 errno=0 state=error: unsupported protocol
Additional information: We use IMAP protocol, with SSL/STARTTLS = Yes, Port 993
User credentials for IMAP entered in Zammad: test@contoso.com , contoso.com\test (MS Exchange 2010)
Nothing we tried or changed did not help us.
Following protocols are disabled on MS Exchange mail server: Server protocols: SSL 2.0, SSL 3.0;
Client protocols: SSL 2.0, SSL 3.0
