E-Mail notification for specific organization: Add CC

  • Used Zammad version: 3.1.x
  • Used Zammad installation source: package
  • Operating system: Debian
  • Browser + version: Firefox 69

I am trying to send an e-mail to an additional e-mail address whenever a ticket in a specific organization was changed. According to our customer this was possible before we migrated to another server (unfortunately the coworker in charge of the migration is no longer employed with the company).

Is it possible and if so, how?

No, it’s not possible to send notifications or trigger-based mails as CC. Sorry.
