Expected behavior:
- By replying or forwarding a ticket the whole email history is visible in the mail.
Actual behavior:
- By replying or forwarding a ticket, some of the email history is missing in the mail.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Unfortunately I still haven’t found how to reproduce it because it only happens on some tickets.
- The email history can sometimes be seen again when I undo the changes and create the reply or forward again
