E-Mail history is missing in reply or forwarding


  • Used Zammad version: 6.2.0-1701867011.fdb4b0b7.jammy
  • Used Zammad installation type: (source, package, docker-compose, …) package
  • Operating system: Ubuntu Server 22.0.4
  • Browser + version: Microsoft Edge 120.0.2210.133

Expected behavior:

  • By replying or forwarding a ticket the whole email history is visible in the mail.

Actual behavior:

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Unfortunately I still haven’t found how to reproduce it because it only happens on some tickets.
  • The email history can sometimes be seen again when I undo the changes and create the reply or forward again

This looks like a bug, however, this is an issue if you can’t reproduce it. Because in that case we won’t be able to as well.
