Duplicate tickets after re-authenticating Google account

I’m receiving several duplicate tickets after re-authenticating my Google account. I hadn’t deleted the emails from the server and zammad is downloading everything again as if they were new tickets. Help!

Did you possibly accidently change the “keep messages server” option from “yes” to “no”? This is imho the only reason this could happen.
