Hello Community,

working as a team in Zammad is really nice, but a feature we’re really miss is the option to create/edit (mail-) drafts. This way the colleagues could recheck the text before it will be sent to the customers. It’s nice to get notified by a colleagues avatar that he/she is writing right now. But _what he/she is writing is often important to know. This should be an option the author is setting, like we do for public/private notes.
