Don't message close event to slack through zammad integration

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 3.2.x
  • Used Zammad installation source: CentOS RPM
  • Operating system: CentOS 7
  • Browser + version: Firefox 71.0

Expected behavior:

  • I would love to see a more granular possibility to send message from zammad to slack. I would like to not receive close events through slack.

Actual behavior:

  • Ticket Create and Ticket Update is choosable.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Do the integration with slack and close a ticket. You get a message for closing and there is no possibility to turn that off.
