Feature Request: Domain Whitelist for Account Creation and Ticket Submission
Currently, anyone can create an account in our Zammad instance and submit tickets via email. For internal or restricted-use deployments, we need better control over who can access the system and create tickets.
Add a domain whitelist feature in the admin settings that allows administrators to:
- Restrict account creation to specific email domains only
- Control ticket submission via email - only allow emails from whitelisted domains to create tickets
- Configure allowed domains through the admin interface (e.g.,
company.com,partner-company.de)
