Feature Request: Domain Whitelist for Account Creation and Ticket Submission

Currently, anyone can create an account in our Zammad instance and submit tickets via email. For internal or restricted-use deployments, we need better control over who can access the system and create tickets.

Add a domain whitelist feature in the admin settings that allows administrators to:

  1. Restrict account creation to specific email domains only
  2. Control ticket submission via email - only allow emails from whitelisted domains to create tickets
  3. Configure allowed domains through the admin interface (e.g., company.com, partner-company.de)

Would be great.

It would be enough if you could turn on a Organization domain validation. Only users/accounts that match an active Organization are allowed to register/login.
