Does email filter match stop other filters?

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 6.5.2-1764767525.63ed9c65.noble
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 24.04
  • Browser + version: Various (firefox, and chrome mainly)

I made a research on this topic in the docs and in the forum, but it’s unclear to me if the match of a mail filter rule (o365 graph in this case) will stop the evaluation of other rules or if all rules are always evaluated

All filters with fitting conditions will be evaluated in alphabetical order. So in worst case the last filter in line wins if you e.g. adjust ticket attributes.
