do not send a copy of the ticket via email

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 6.2.0-1706859130.b00879e2.bookworm di Zammad
  • Used Zammad installation type: Source
  • Operating system: Debian 12
  • Browser + version: Chrome 121.0.6167.161 (64bit)

Expected behavior:

  • when an operator opens a ticket he only receives the set trigger

Actual behavior:

  • when an operator opens a ticket he receives a copy of the opened ticket via email. It also gets the trigger.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • the operator opens a ticket with the email channel. Receives a copy of the ticket via email + the trigger

I attach the screen of the configuration on the operator account.
Also identical for the administrator account and made the default for the other new account

Sorry I can’t reproduce that on a current installation.
Please update your instance to the latest possible version (6.3) and check again.

Also make sure that this is not caused by custom changes to the code, please.
