we have enabled auto-assign feature.
Question, is there a way to disable “change owner” - for those who applied reasign.
We have two type of users: regular agent and team lead (person who is not auto-assign).
I would like to leave only for team lead ability reassing ticket.

I read it before, but could not find such ability. 
Maybe someone has different approach over here.
If you need to exclude users (e.g. a group leader), you can search and select the desired agents in the Exception Users list.
This is all, nothing else.
Yes, they are already excluded.
What i am asking, that for those who are not excluded i want to forbid to edit OWNER field.
This is not possible.
