Disable Password Login - What if SSO-Provider fails?

Hi guys,
i want to disable Password Login and only use SSO. But my concern is that if the SSO provider fails for any reason i am locked out of the system.

My idea for fallback to password login would be to re-enable password-login from the shell via the rails commands.
But my problem is - i don’t know the command for that and haven’t found anything useful so far.

Can anybody help me and provide the correct command?

No need to do so. As you can see in the screenshot, there’s already a fallback.
