We are running Zammad with a lot of different groups & roles and so I was thinking that it would be useful to configure which roles are allowed to see what the other agents are doing (logging in, modifying tickets etc). A lot of companies are binded to the strict data policies in our country and it would benefit everyone who is taking care of it seriously.

i found out yesterday that if the permisson “Read” in the Role Settings is not set
that the activity stream shows only the activity for your Group or Role.

1) What is your original issue/pain point you want to solve?
The dashboard always shows the activity stream; it cannot be disabled.
2) Which are one or two concrete situations where this problem hurts the most?
In a system with sensitive tickets, the activity stream surfaces changes across the agent’s whole scope — activity that is not relevant to (or not meant for) the individual agent.
3) Why is it not solvable with the Zammad standard?
There is no configuration option for the activity stream.
4) What is your expectation/what do you want to achieve?
A configuration option to hide the activity stream (per system or per role).
