Difficulty with Form

  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 20.04
  • Browser + version: Chrome v.100

Hello! I’m having trouble figuring out how to use Form. First where should I put the script?
Second how is it accessed by the clients? I have installed the nodejs package on the server.

Similar to Chat, you will need to include the script in the other website or page to show the form. The submission of the form then will be used to create ticket in Zammad!
