Different Ticket creation form per Group Support Assigned


  • Used Zammad version: 5.2.x
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 18.04.6 LTS
  • Browser + version: Chrome Version 104.0.5112.102

Expected behavior:

  • We would like to have a different kinds of ticket forms per group.

customers can select which type of form they will use on creating a ticket. ticket forms will vary based on Group of support they select. Each support group can have their own ticket format

Actual behavior:

There are only one ticket form when customers are creating a ticket
