Devices List - cannot delete

Since i am using ticket creation via API i always have a suspicious entry in my devices list.

name: unknown
place: United States, Mountain View

=> 167.53.xxx.xxx.bc.googleusercontent.com

all other entries are not from the USA and i am not in the USA.

I tried to delete the device from the list but it does not work (the delete button does nothing)

Any idea what this could be?

using Zammad Version 3.2.x
