Department column in reports

Hello

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 5.4.1
  • Used Zammad installation type: (source, package, docker-compose, …) - source
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 22
  • Browser + version: Google Chrome

Expected behavior:

I have integrated with LDAP and filled department field. Now I need department column to show up in reports. Coul you please guide me how to do it?

Excel reports created from within Zammads reporting only display the columns of the ticket, not e.g. the user directly. You cannot configure that.

Using Grafana for more granular reports may help you with your goal here.
