Hello everyone, we have been using the Zammad helpdesk to develop a ticketing system that depends on incoming emails. We are currently facing challenges in sending emails from the Zammad email account to other addresses. The issue we are encountering is: Delivery Failed - ‘unable to send email to ‘hgvsgh.web.de’ as a result of channel::Driver::smtp:#errno::ECONNRESET: connection reset by peer.’

We need support from zammad community support ,How can I resolve this issues.

That sounds like the problem only occurs when sending mail to this particular address? In this case you need to figure out what restrictions the receiving server has set that you need to incorporate in your MTA setup.

The emails are being sent correctly; however, last week I encountered some issues. I have not made any changes to the MTA setup. Suddenly, I began experiencing these problems despite not altering the MTA configuration.

If anyone has information regarding this matter, please share the details on how to address these issues.
