Deleting comments from tickets

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 6.1.0
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 22.04
  • Elastic search: 7.17

Hi there! I have a technical question.
We plan to provide users with access to information systems based on incoming tickets.
In accordance with our organization’s security policy, comments containing a login and password must be deleted.
Please answer the question: if you delete applications within 10 minutes, as is implemented in Zammad, is there a risk that deleting a large number of comments will cause problems with the system/indexing problems, etc.?

Removing articles of tickets is not trivial and not encouraged. There’s only manual ways to do it which is dangerous.

And yes, it may make your searchindex drift.
