An agent merged a ticket into another one and noticed it was the wrong ticket too late.
Now there are some articles in a ticket which do not belong there.
I know if you create a note, you can delete it up to 10 minutes afterwards, but this is a little more special
The articles are of the type “phone”, “e-mail” and “note”.
Is there a way to delete them in the database itself, as it seems from my research and other tickets, that there’s no “official” way to delete those.
