Delete User Task hangs in process state, despite User got deleted

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 4.1.x
  • Used Zammad installation type: Ubuntu Package
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 20.04 LTS
  • Browser + version: Google Chrome Version 92.0.4515.107 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Data Privacy “Delete User” Task seems to be hanging in state “in process”. I deleted 3 LDAP imported users with some test tickets. 2 of these Users were deleted without any problems, but one of the jobs seems to hang with “in process” state, despite the user and his tickets got deleted fine (as I can tell). Meanwhile the user got recreated by the LDAP connector and I was able to delete this newly created user without any problems. But the hanging job remains and I’m afraid it will never finish…

Is there something that I can do to bump or remove the task?

Best regards

The task got stuck for several days. So I restarted zammad at the weekend. 2 days later the task seems to be completed now.

Best regards
