Delete only article in a ticket, not the whole ticket

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 4.1.0
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: Ubuntu
  • Browser + version: Chrome

Expected behavior:

Delete article via trigger or time based schedule, same like tickets.

Actual behavior:

Can only delete whole tickets.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Try to delete one article in a ticket ^^.

Removing single articles is not possible via scheduler and technically out of it’s scope. The scheduler has no technical approach to decide which article of possibly 20 of a ticket it should remove.

Absolutely out of scope sorry.
