Delay in the overview

Used Zammad version: 2.9
Used Zammad installation source: apt Package
Operating system: Ubuntu 18.04
Browser + version: Google Chrome (Version 73.0.3683.103)

We got the problem that sometimes new tickets will be not shown or with a delay (1-2 Minutes) in the overview. A Notification will be show after a E-Mail will be received. If i refresh the Tab with F5 then the ticket is instantly visible.

We got about 25 Agents which are working with Zammad. Zammad is running on a virtual Machine with Ubuntu 18.04, 4 CPU Cores, 12GB Memory and 200GB HDD.

Anybody any ideas what the Problem could be?

Proberbly your scheduler has not enough CPU time to run everything it needs.
Overviews and their updates are handled via scheduler and are hold back if the CPU time is not enough.

This normally means that you’re using quite a lot overviews (above 10) which will cause Zammad to get slower for that reason. You can try it with more CPU cores, that can help, but in the end I guess it’s a technical limitation.

Thank you for the Informations. I will take a closer look on our server (CPU, RAM and so on).
