Role sets
1) What is your original issue/pain point you want to solve?
Roles are assigned to users individually; there is no way to bundle roles into reusable sets.
2) Which are one or two concrete situations where this problem hurts the most?
Role-driven processes use recurring combinations of roles (e.g. a coordinator is always roles A + B + C). Admins must pick each role per user, which is error-prone and hard to audit.
3) Why is it not solvable with the Zammad standard?
There is no grouping or bundling mechanism for roles.
4) What is your expectation/what do you want to achieve?
The ability to define role sets (named bundles of roles) that can be assigned as a whole. (Exact scope to be refined.)
