Deactivate the tag field

  • Used Zammad installation type: docker-compose

Can I deactivate the tag field when creating a ticket?

As far as I can tell, it’s not possible through a Core Workflow at least :confused:

Can tags generally be deactivated?

No, but you can disable the creation of tags for your agents.
