Hello,
I have to migrate the database from old zammad to new zammad.
The issue is in versions… How can I downgrade from 6.6 to a stable version 6.5 of zammad on old server and migrate the database to a new server.
I have installed a new enviroment in 3 server architecture App server, Databse server and Elasticsearch server.
Everything is connected and working just the database is the problem now.
If you have experiance with this or tips on how to do it, please share.
Old server DB: RHEL Rocky
{adapter: “postgresql”, database: “zammad”, pool: 50, timeout: 5000, encoding: “utf8”,
New server DB: Ubuntu
{:adapter=>“postgresql”, :database=>“zammad”, :pool=>50, :timeout=>5000, :encoding=>“utf8”,
As helpfull this is I can’t risk going test versions… Unsless you can pursuade me that 7.0 is stable enough to handle Customer support and another 15-20 departments
I have to migrate from old server to new, and installing dev on new put’s me on 7.0 and old one then needs an update as well.
Is it possible to install last 6.6 from packeger.io?
