Twitter should show 0% of new tickets on the dashboard.
Actual behavior:
Twitter show 8% but twitter is not configured in zammad.
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
I don’t know but in our instance the dashboard counts twitter tickets but twitter is not configured. Out zammad instance is only internal and cant from outside.
That’s indeed odd. Do you still see the twitter entries by now? If you’re not using that at all it should “disappear” after some period of time. If not possibly your scheduler is not running completely and doesn’t generate the statistical data correctly. Possibly in combination with a “faked” statistic. That is technically possible for demoing reasons but shouldn’t be the case productive.
