I just started using Knowledge base and noticed, that in English URLs looks like this:
en-us/1-1-account-opening/8-1-01-account-opening
However Bulgarian URLs looks like this:
bg/1-1/8-1-01
Friendly URLs are important because:
- SEO
- Users have a hint where they are going
- Maping after migration from other system
