Hi, after installing the software, trying to create a ticket with a basic user, I find only a few fields available. As an administrator user, on the left among the channels, there is the “web” channel and I don’t understand how to customize the ticket form…

If you can open the attached file I can explain myself better…the customer user can open tickets via the web interface and I would like to understand how to modify this interface. I have read the section of the manual but I still can’t understand how to do it.
