i am trying to customize the email sent when an agent reply. I have found /opt/zammad/app/views/mailer/ but there does not seems to be the reply template. Any hints ?
the goal is to make it prettier and much of all add some mailto link so customer can answer by email WITHOUT letting all the history of the email in each answer…
The templates in /opt/zammad/app/views/mailer/ are only for automatic notifications, they have nothing to do with the e-mails you send to customers as a reply in a ticket.
You still haven’t really explained what you want to do. If you want a reply to follow a certain template you could use the signature feature for this (Settings → channels → email → signatures). Or you could create text modules that your agents can use to insert different templates.
sorry i was thinking it was clear. I want to customize the way answers are presented.
my current system report answer like this: a text of explanation then a gray part with the answer of the ticket and 2 button to answer and then tickets information’s.
**well too bad the main email sent by Zammad could not be customized. ** After all this is the main thing users will see from the system when agent answers !
