Customize e-mail sender name

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 6.3.0-1714467514.a5110336.jammy
  • Used Zammad installation type: (source, package, docker-compose, …) package
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 22.04.4 LTS
  • Browser + version: Firefox 125.0.3

Expected behavior:

I would like to be able to define the displayed mail sender more freely. Specifically, I just want to display “First name of xxx”.

Actual behavior:

Currently I can only choose between full name and e-mail display name.

Hi @Flo_rian. As far as I know, this is not possible at the moment and therefore a feature request.
