Customers should no longer be able to reopen tickets

  • Verwendete Zammad-Version: Zammad Version 6.3.0-1714998489.8a769b4f.jammy
  • Verwendeter Zammad-Installationstyp: Paket
  • Betriebssystem: Ubuntu 24.04 LTS
  • Browser + Version: Chrome Version 128.0.6613.137

Expected behavior:

  • If customers leave a comment after closing the ticket (thank you or something), the ticket should NOT be reopened.

Actual behavior:

  • Customers write something after closing the ticket and the ticket is reopened and shatters my statistics

This is a Group setting you can configure.

I chose the first point with 30 Days delay, i hope this will work for us. Thanks mate
