Customers cant See all Groups

  • Used Zammad version: 5.0.X

Expected behavior:

Customer to see Groups according to whats Assisted in Roles “Customer”

Actual behavior:

Only seeing a few of the groups See images

you don’t have to fiddle around with the role settings for that.

Just follow the docs:


You’ve set group permission which is, probably, alongside ticket.agent permission.
This is a possible privilege escalation.

The web channel svn-dvnkln mentioned is the right way to do it for customers. Setting group permission for customers is not required at all.
