we have a problem with our Zammad-Installation. When we reply to a ticket, the customers are not available (the drop-down menu not showing up). But if we create a new ticket in the webinterface the menu is displayed correctly. The customers are getting synced through a ldap-source.

What dropdown are you talking about? “Owner”?
the autocomplete in the to and cc field when we want to answer to a customer and add another adress
I had the same issue after the update to 3.2.
Just run this command:
sudo zammad run rake searchindex:rebuild
After the rebuild, it worked again for me.
