Customer with two Emails


  • Used Zammad version:
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: Debian
  • Browser + version: Multiple (Safari latest, Chrome latest) irrelevant

Expected behavior:

  • Customer has two Email addresses.
    One from the Company and another private…
    the customer wants to get alerted on both emails when a Ticket has an update…
    Also the customer wants to initial start a ticket with the company email and then update more information from home with the private email.

Is this possible? Thanks
