Customer to become agent for just one specific group


we want a customer to become agent for just one specific group.
The Problem is, if he is agent, he can create tickets for every other customer and not only himself anymore.
Is there some workaround that will do the trick, other than creating seperate agent and customer accounts?

The account should be able to create new tickets only as himself in every group, but also he should be
able to view all tickets of one specific group and to answer to them.

  • Operating system: Ubuntu 16.04
  • Browser + version: Chrome/IE11
