Hi, if I have a user who is the customer and the agent in the same time, and when this user will enter the system he will all the time be in agent interface. Is there the way to switch to the customer interface?
Zammad can’t differentiate and/or know when the user wants to be an agent or customer.
As Zammad uses the same UI functions, you will always see what an agent would see.
This is working as designed. We’re not planning on allowing users to seperate as we believe this would get in the way of your workflows.
