Customer Group Selection

For context: I’m going for more of a Self-Service portal with Zammad than a scenario where help-desk agents work/manage/run the system.

Is there a way to allow customers to select which group their ticket should go to without giving them agent permissions? Currently, I’ve built out a Core Workflow to present the group field, however, if a customer changes it from the initial selection, it auto-reverts back to the defaulted value (I’m assuming it’s a permissions thing, correct me if I’m wrong!)

Nevermind, I figured this out! I needed to enable the additional groups as selectable options in Channel → Web options. Sorry for the noob questions, I’m figuring this out as I go!
