Infos:
Used Zammad version: 5.2.2
Used Zammad installation type: package
Operating system: Ubuntu 18.04
Browser + version: Firefox 105.0
Expected behavior:
See all groups when creating a ticket via web channel
Actual behavior:
Customer can’t select any group.
Ticket creation via web only works if group is predfined in the web channel
I can’t find what i’m doing wrong.
You can remove options from the group selector with Core Workflows. Is there anything that messes with that?

wrong assumption
Well this. You only provided “-” thus the customer only is able to select “-”.
You need to select (ctrl+click) any group the customer should be able to select.
I get your confusion, seems like a bug or a wrong description (i actually never read that )

I would never have thought of that. Thank you very much!
Actually, I consider this a bug, as the description beside the setting clearly states, that “-” means “all groups are available”. That’s why I created an issue for it:

* Browser + version: Firefox
### Expected behavior:
* When selecting "-" as groups in the Web channel configuration, customers should be able to create tickets in all groups. As per description beside the selector.
### Actual behavior:
* When selecting "-" as groups in the Web channel configuration, customers can only select "-" when creating tickets.
### Steps to reproduce the behavior:
* As admin select "-" on the following configuration screen /#channels/web select, and try to create tickets with a customer account.
Yes I'm sure this is a bug and no feature request or a general question.
