Custom URL in Trigger Body

Infos:

• Used Zammad version: 3.6.x
• Used Zammad installation source: package
• Operating system: Ubuntu Linux
• Browser + version: Chrome Version 87.0.4280.88 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Expected behavior:

• Able to write custom link with variable ticket number in Closed ticket trigger

Actual behavior:

• Custom URL with variable ticket number did not generate clickable link, the URL break down to clickable URL and ticket number in text

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• create a custom link in closed event trigger body with for example https://www.survey.com/ticket?ticket_id=#{ticket.id}
• the result of custom link should be https://www.survey.com/ticket?ticket_id=00001 instead https://www.survey.com/ticket?ticket_id=3D00001
• look like the system append new line or additional “3D” character
