Custom Attributes with multiple values

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 3.3.0-19
  • Used Zammad installation source: docker
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 18.04
  • Browser + version: any

Is it possible to have a custom attribute for tickets that has multiple values, like tags? Unfortunately it’s not good for us to enter multiple values e.g. with comma as separator, because then the link template does not work anymore.

The background is that a ticket in our system would refer to 0:n samples in our lab management system and it would be quite nice to be able to add direct links to them. One sample is not a problem: enter id, and the link template takes care of it.

Sorry, but that’s currently not possible. Zammad does not come with multi selection fields at this moment.
