Cursor up/down doen't work

Infos:

• Used Zammad version: 3.2.0
• Used Zammad installation source: source
• Operating system: ubuntu-18.04
• Browser + version: Firefox Browser 70.0.1 (64-Bit)

Expected behavior:

• Use key “cursor up” or “cursor down” on keyboard while editing a multiline-note or an email -> cursor moves up or down 1 line as in version 3.1.0

Actual behavior:

• Use key “cursor up” or “cursor down” on keyboard -> nothing happens, cursor doesn’t move

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• try writing a note or an email with 2 or more lines - after upgrading to 3.2.0,
  The cursor moves to the left and right as expected.
