Hej Zammadists,
as we have set up a new cloud-based telephone system, I would like to configure the CTI integration with Zammad. The aim is to identify callers, automatically create a new ticket with the user’s details and/or display the caller’s open tickets.
The telephone system is a Telekom Cloud PBX. Does anyone have any experience integrating this system, or perhaps a guide on how to set it up?
