CTI with Telekom Cloud PBX

Hej Zammadists,

as we have set up a new cloud-based telephone system, I would like to configure the CTI integration with Zammad. The aim is to identify callers, automatically create a new ticket with the user’s details and/or display the caller’s open tickets.

The telephone system is a Telekom Cloud PBX. Does anyone have any experience integrating this system, or perhaps a guide on how to set it up?

  • Browser + version: several Edge, Firefox…

Hej all,

additionally we have C4B XPhone running in our environment that might help us as a middleware connecting to Zammad. Anybody got experiences with XPHone as middleware?
