CTI: Endpoint-URL changeable?

Hej Zammad-Community,

when setting up a CTI connection to our telephone system, I’ve reached a point where I can’t proceed any further:
Background: Our Zammad is not directly accessible via the internet. (To enable two-factor authentication using our established procedures, Zammad is ‘hidden’ behind a Citrix Netscaler Gateway!).
The public URL is therefore occupied, and in order to make the Zammad API accessible from the internet, I would need to access the Zammad server via a different URL.
So my question is: Can the CTI endpoint URL (hostname) be changed? It is greyed out in the GUI…

Thanks and regards,

Boris

No. That is not possible. Zammad supports one FQDN only.

Thank you MrGeneration,

even if this is not the answer I was hoping for, it gives me the advice to look for another solution..

regards,

Boris
