Hej Zammad-Community,
when setting up a CTI connection to our telephone system, I’ve reached a point where I can’t proceed any further:
Background: Our Zammad is not directly accessible via the internet. (To enable two-factor authentication using our established procedures, Zammad is ‘hidden’ behind a Citrix Netscaler Gateway!).
The public URL is therefore occupied, and in order to make the Zammad API accessible from the internet, I would need to access the Zammad server via a different URL.
So my question is: Can the CTI endpoint URL (hostname) be changed? It is greyed out in the GUI…
Thanks and regards,
Boris
