"CSRF token verification failed" after migrating to 22.04

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 6.0 to 6.1
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 18.04 to 22.04
  • Browser + version: Firefox, Brave

Expected behavior:

Login sucessful

Actual behavior:

CSRF token verification failed!

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1-Install new Ubuntu server (22.04), install redis, elastic search and all dependencies.
2-Install zammad stable 6.1, configure webserver without SSL and test.
3-Backup full file system and transfer the two files to the new server;
4-Restore back up in the new server.
5-Try to login.

Hi! I had this in my lab setup where the IP of the test instance continuously changes.
Have you tried to clear site data?

Hi @stormrider123. I guess http_type and fqdn as well as the URL you’re accessing your Zammad instance need to be checked.
