Expected behavior:

Login into Zammad

Actual behavior:

Login failed due to crsf token verification failed

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

after updating zammad from # VERSION=7.0.1-0066 → # VERSION=7.1.0-0000 logins are not possible due to crsf token verification failed

Hi,
CSRF right after a 7.1 Docker bump is often cookies / HTTPS mismatch, not bad credentials.
Try: hard refresh + clear site cookies; confirm ZAMMAD_HTTP_TYPE / FQDN match how you open the UI (http vs https, proxy headers); recreate containers so Rails secret/session is consistent.
Are you terminating TLS on a reverse proxy in front of compose?
